Red Light $cameras Struck down in the City of St. Louis, will Arnold see the light?


Today Judge Mark Neill’s ruling in the Alexa Smith et al. v. City of St. Louis case was released. The ruling today upholds a preliminary ruling from May of 2011 and strikes down and renders void the City of St. Louis’s Red Light Camera Ordinance 66868. This was done on 2 points.

Missouri Action Alert – Support HB1512

Missouri State Representative Paul Curtman has introduced HB1512, common-sense legislation that protects Missourians’ individual constitutional rights from foreign laws or legal doctrines where the application of those laws/doctrines would violate those constitutional rights.  No particular foreign law is singled out.   The proposal applies to them all.

I find it quite humorous that out of 2,650 votes on the Democrat ticket, the POTUS barely squeaked out 81%.
